EXPERIENCE
I worked in three NGO (Non-governative-organizations) in the city of Belo Horizonte, capital of the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, as communication manager responsible for public relations.
In these organisations I learned to communicate with people, especially those in trouble, and to create a relationship between them and external institutions and different people. Working there I developed my capacity to listen and understand, to work in groups and coordinate them.
I participated in the ideation and realization of a number of projects that required careful planning due to the complexity and number of institutions and people involved. This helped me to develop my abilities in problem solving.
